The concept of the learning organization arises out of ideas long held by leaders in organizational development and systems dynamics. Practically speaking, a “Learning Organization” is one in which people at all levels, individually and collectively, are continually increasing their ability to realize the agreed upon objectives of the organization. In this program we cover the theory and practice of creating a learning organization
